These Terms of Use govern the use of the WovenWright Co. website and all services provided.

By using my website or booking services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

I provide branding, design, marketing, website, content creation, and consultancy services. Full details and pricing are listed on my website.

2.Payment Terms

All services provided by WovenWright Co. are invoiced and payable via bank transfer (BACS) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Branding, website, and package services require a 50% non-refundable booking fee, with the remaining 50% due upon completion

  • One-off design services require full payment upfront

  • Monthly services are billed in advance and payable at the start of each billing cycle

  • Work will not commence or continue until cleared funds have been received

  • Final deliverables and files will not be released until full and final payment has been made

Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in project delays, paused work, or termination of services.

3. Late Payments

Invoices overdue by more than 7 days may incur a 5% late fee per 7-day period. Work may be paused until payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable

  • One reschedule permitted with 48 hours’ notice

  • If a project is cancelled after work begins, completed work will be invoiced and deposits are non-refundable

5. Revisions

Each service and package includes a limited number of revisions as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions may be charged.

6. Rush Delivery

Rush delivery is subject to availability and may incur an additional 25–50% fee, confirmed in writing before the project begins.

7. Copyright & Usage

  • Full copyright ownership transfers to the client only after full and final payment

  • WovenWright Co. retains the right to display completed work for:

    • Portfolio use

    • Website

    • Social media

    • Marketing materials

  • The client is responsible for any third-party licenses (fonts, stock images, templates)

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information

  • Meet feedback deadlines

  • Supply content where required

  • Failure to meet deadlines may delay delivery.

9. Website Use

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

  • Use this site for illegal purposes

  • Attempt to damage or hack the website

10. Limitation of Liability

WovenWright Co. is not liable for:

  • Website downtime

  • Third-party service failures

  • Business losses caused by misuse of delivered design assets

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by United Kingdom law.
